Headlight Illiterate

New here, starting some upgrades on '90 gtu. It's in the paint shop right now and I know I'm going to need to "freshen up" some of the exterior trim, etc. (among other things). I have sealed beams now and I wanted the real scoop on all the HID lights I see on ebay. Are any of them really worth it?

After looking through e-bay I had a couple more questions...What is the difference (if any) between the plain diamond cut housings and the projector type housings? And just because the H4 bulbs have a blue tint (all say "super white"), will the projected light have a blue tint?
