Headlight Electrical Problem

ok got out into my car this mourning and drove to work, it was raining alittle so i had the headlights on. got to work shut off the lights and everything was fine. started it back up and my add coolant light was buzzing so i opened the radiator cap and found was alittle low and i toped it off when i noticed my headlights were opening and closing non-stop. anyone ever have this problem before? i had to take out the 30A fuse for the headlights for them to stop.

i didnt have the exact same problem, but my guage lights, as well as parking lights would flash on and off, and eventually stop working. turned out to be a bad switch, now i have a used switch in, and noticed that my rear defrost will click on and off occasionaly. im assuming the problem is somewhere in the switch

you have a motor that is not retracting all the way... something is stuck in the way or broken

nope motor is not stuck in anyway, did notice it alternates going up and down between the lights, ie one going up when one going down
