headlight conversion

It's called FC2000, it's made by RE-Amemiya and I believe ShineAuto Project makes a replica. It requires the FC2000 bumper, as well. It's pretty expencive, I want to say over $1000.
yup 1 grand is exactly right..... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Rhiza...spagenameZWDVW
if you are creative enough and good with fiberglass, you could make this with some bootleg ebay fd conversion lights for much cheaper.

On the RX-7 Owners Club, about 50% are die hard stockers, and about 49% are loud mouthed kids. The other 1% just want everyone to shut the hell up.
I'm using RE-Amemiya Dual Vented headlights, but I don't have an FC. I just like to be helpful.
And since the FC2000 kit is RE-Amemiya, I'm going to suggest that one.
Also, a local guy made his own flush mounted headlights out of some ebay FD headlights. It took him like 20 hours of fiberglassing, but in the end he had a decent looking setup for very very cheap.

well good to know that reted has his usual helpful info.
i dont think the celeca headlights look bad at all, its just different.
although the RE-Amemiya lights look nice.
i think in the end its what ever light set up you think looks nice, all in the eye of the beholder.

well, the celica lights were photochopped.... and for anyone who has actually dove into trying flush mounts, youll realize its much harder than you think.... due to the radiator support, there is very little room for flush mounts.... which is why there arent very many on the market.... i would garuntee that attempting to do those celica lights would not only fail miserably, you'd end up with a hacked up fc....
im not trying to say whats ugly and what isnt.. just the difficulty in doing it! i would suggest if you want flushmounts... go with whats been tested and works.. the re amemiya fc2k kit..... shineautoproject also make a knockoff of that kit... they are a vendor on here, go check them out

let me see some picures of what you have so far using the rx8 lights. I mean anything can be made to work, buth the angle on the fc front doesnt look like it would match the rx8 light style at all. So let me see what you have so far.
