i have a question that i hope someone can answer . i have been wanting to find a way to replace the headlights on my 88 with the roundstile lights from a first gen. has anyone tried this or am i just crazy? i think it owuld give it a unique look.....and i miss the roundstyle since my first car was an audi 5000.

 

I dont imagine it would be that difficult, just require a little engineering. But why???

 

If the mounting depth is not an issue, then a little fabrication could work. I've seen the "round style" in those coffeytable rx-7 books in the "2nd gen concept pictures" section. I didn't like the look from the concept model.
