Header for stock Turbo

Does anybody make a header for the stock turbo on a S4/5? I am probably going to pick up a claimed 87 S4 TII drivetrain today to put in my B2200 and I have heard, and can see the stock turbo location having clearance issues with the frame. The engine is claimed to be an 87, however, I notice it has S5 housings with the knock sensor hole on them, and possibly a S5 turbo with the dual wastegate, so looking online, it should have a standard turbo flange (unlike the off hole on S4 turbo). But looking at headers online, they all have external wastegate pipes on them, can I just put an aftermarket wastegate on this at a higher pressure so it does not open, and rely on the stock internal wastegate?
