header gasket leak?

definite "clicking" sound coming from engine to header gasket. got a new one from RB installed but still there. I believe the top right bolt is stripped. I would like some input as to how and fix this. thanks.

You can take the header off and change the stud. That would definitely make a exhaust leak if its not sealing with all 4 bolts.

I had the same symptom as you after I put my RB header up, I kept chasing after the clicking noise, but I did some reading on the forum and what I ended up finding out was that there will be a small amount of clicking noise in the header area due to the size of the wall on the header compared to that of the old "tub".

It will be really faint, but if it is louder than normal, it probably is that torn gasket, if you replace it and it is still there, you will get used to it.
