Check the amp that is behind the drivers seat. That controls your headrest speakers.

Did you change out your stock deck?

And FYI those speakers run off your rear channel.

Mine is an aftermarket stereo with 6 1/2 on the door and 6X9 behind the seats powered by a 4ch amp.. My headrest speakers and consol controlls are operational through the stock amp behind the drivers seat.
