Hawk Blacks
Bought some Hawk black pads. I asked for the hp but anyways they sent me the blacks. But anyhow i have brand new powerslots on my TII. Will the Blacks be to harsh for street use and track. Any help is appreciated.

I think the blacks will eat the rotors really fast. I'm not too sure, but they have a high temp need to be effective, so you probally will get less stopping power because they are not able to get up to proper temperatures. Send em back. The HP+ are the ones you need.

HP+ is the one that will eat rotors - I was advised to use HPS for the street by Hawk and Race Central in Portland.
Right now I'm running Powerslot rotors in front with Hawk HPS and have no problems.

I tried Hawk Black pads.
It had very good performance on the track.
on the street two.
It had very good initial bite and fade resistance.
But ..........
It is very very dusty.....
If you drive a few minutes, you have to clean all the wheels imediately.
If you don't, you won't able to see your bright wheels again.
