Having test pipe made for my S5...

I was wondering, on an S5 where the air pump feeds air via that little tube into the cat, what do I do about that when I go with a straight through pipe? Can I just cut it off, pinch it off, or should I just go ahead and have another flange made for it to remain connected? Help is very much appreciated, and sorry for being a NOOB!

IF you leave it open it hurts nothing. If you block it off it hurts nothing.

Thanks for the help guys! Its very appreciated because I was beating myself over the head with this one. I'm guessing I'll just zip tie it up and mock up a block off plate from sheet metal or something.
