having problems with my rebuild, running lean.
Well I'm having problems with my rebuild. First off the exhaust gets so hot the turbo glows only after driving for about 5 minutes under 3.5k rpm. I know it's not timing because I've checked and rechecked and checked some more and everytime it is dead on. However I think it's my fuel system. I check the afr numbers and they are consistantly at 14.7-16 to some time 17's so I'm thinking I'm running lean so I need to find out whats going on. I've checked my secondaries and they work just fine however they are not comming on???? So I checked for resistance back to the ecu and it checks out? So now I'm confused! My question is I looked today at the primary injector bleeds and saw that one is lower than the other so it must make the injectors sit at differant hights however this hasn't made it leak but I'm talkin' about a quarter of an inch differance. I've tried pushing down the one that sits higher but it won't go down anymore. Does anyone know if they are supposed to sit uneven like this or is this a problem?

I said my "turbo glows red hot after driving for five minutes under 3.5k" not I've only driven my car under 3.5k. I know when injector cut on is so you don't need to worry about schooling me in that also my afr's are 14.7 even when I go wide open throttle for the most part.
