Have you used it before? Like it or not?
Not sure if this thread belongs here, but if it must be moved than fine.
I want all honest experiences with the GTech Pro. How accurate is it and do you guys recommend it? I used a friend of mines once several years ago and would like to by one.
To me it is a cheaper and less time consuming alternative to an actual dyno. I would like to start to record hp differences as I upgrade the TII.

I got one of the early models (measures 6 things, including 0 - 60, 1/4 mile, HP, braking) off of ebay for less than $40. I like it.
It is supposed to be accurate within 1%, and I tend to believe that. I understand the physics, and have used accelerometers before, so it all makes sense to me.
It would not work well for comparing your horsepower or 1/4 mile time to data obtained from a dyno or the drag strip. But, it is an excellent way to set a baseline, and then measure improvements in your own car.

The perfect answer thanks!
