ACV = Air control valve takes low pressure air from the air pump & sends it to the main cat when needed. On 89-91 NA's it also supplies 5psi air to the aux port & VDI systems.
FCD = Fuel cut defender. In a turbo, it fools the ECU into allowing higher boost.
