my engine is makeing some kind of weird noise kind like a bearing is going out inside the engine. This noise only occurs at the starting of my car, I cant seem to find out where it coming from. Is it possible that my rebuilt motor is having some kind of bearing problem already and how do i find it. Thanks for the help in advance.

 

check your belts and make sure they're tight within spec's. You might try raising the hood and listen while some one else starts the car.

I might add, last time mine made a similar sound, it was the alternator....

 

I checked the alternator, thought that might be it but its not and just did water pump so i know the belt tension is good. Sounds like it might be coming from one of the rotor housings.
