Harness Bar
Hi I'm looking for a Harness Bar for the Rx7 FC. I know M2 makes a harness bar for the FD but does anyone know a company who makes one for the FC?
I prefer not getting a roll cage yet..

Nope, not that I know of - that would be a good thing to have!
Part of the reason may be the stock FC seats aren't suitable for harness use - you have to use aftermarket seats.
You can, however, mount the shoulder harnesses to the floor of the rear hatch, behind the storage bin. There's a space there that has plenty of room under the car for a backing plate, and the angle is proper for the shoulder harness.

bzzzzzzzzzzzt.
Bad idea.
3 point seat belts are designed to allow you to slide sideways in the event of a rollover. Harnesses will not. If the roof collapses in a rollover, you're kaput without a rollbar to keep the roof from collapsing onto your head.
The floor back behind the storage bins might be ok, IF you use a backing plate, angle wise. keep in mind, the longer the webbing, the more they will stretch in an accident.

I held off on installing a harness in my car until I got a roll bar for that reason. However, now that I have a rollbar, I feel like I should always wear a helmet when I drive the car! I guess it really should be all or nothing.
