Hard to find tools for rebuild?

Where can I find or who makes a flatheaded 14mm wrench for the oil injectors? I was thinking if I couldn't find any, I would buy a cheapo 14mm wrench and use my die grinder with carbide bits to grind it down. (anyone do that before?)

And lastly, I can't find a 10X1 tap/die to clean out the threads. All the tap and die sets I've seen didn't have that size. Its either 10x1.25 or 10x1.5.

I bought a really cheap spare set of tools from O'Reillys. The wrenches are much thinner than the better quality ones, the 14mm is just the right size for the oil injectors. That or buy a cheap on and grind it down. Be careful when you grind it, too much heat may take out the temper.
