hard to find 3rd gear

at high RPMs its pretty difficult to find 3rd gear, but at low RPMs it goes right in, i tried changing my bushings, and im running real good fluid, no gears grind at all, what could it be?

worn syncro, or poor shift technic, or wrong weight gear lube.

Might be a combination of the three.

What kind of fluid are you using?
