Guys need some input...

Ok, i just joined rx7club.com. so im new. I am planning on buying an FC at the end of summer. I have 3 choices i can go with, a na fc, a turbo fc , or a nissan 240sx kouki. So there is the na. it is in pretyy good condition, my friend is selling it. it has 5000 miles on the rebuild engine. Sounds pretty convincing to me... but then there is thie turbo fc i found in my area. Guy is really cool, i talked to him and took a ride in his 7. I asked a lot of questions but not enough, it is an 87 turbo fc.. very very good condition, havnt seen one in condition like this yet.. 75 k miles on engine, he only drives it 3000 miles a year, he has had the car for as longa s it has been aruond, so he is the original owner. He is asking around 6000 for it. and then there is a nissan 240sx. although the 240sx has more after market parts i can get easier i still want the rx7. im a big fan of the rotary and it would be aweosme to have one. So what do you guys think?

Are you looking for a daily driver? if so the n/a is the way to go. I bet that 87 with 75k on the motor will cost some more money in repairs down the road. Look at the sticky with the specs of all the 2nd gen RX7s. Still all the prices seem to be a bit too high.

hmm, yeah im lookin for a daily driver, and also daily drifter...lol. but yeah, i thought the price seemed a bit high also especially for an old fc, but this turbo is in awesome condition, ud have to see it and take a look urself to know waht i meant, next time im checkin it out ill try to take some pics... but yeah, the guy told em someone offered him 6000, but i doubt that, ill try to bump the price down, im sure i can find somekind of problem to lower the price... but if the turbo idea doesnt go well, ill just stick withthe na, or the nissan, i need soemtihng FR and sorta for the most part realiable...

if your looking for a daily driver thats somewhat reliable . i would go with the na as well. the only draw back is that the na of that year didnt come with the LSD. not sure if nissans did either. out of the the 3 the only one i know for sure that had the lsd was the turbo. idealy if you your looking for a drifting car that you can throw gobs of money at and have a decent drift car the better would be the t2. you have to weight your options. ive drifted in all three cars that your talking about . by far i liked the na better even with out the lsd. but its not a fair comparison as i drove the na alot more. BUt its up to you . once you start drifting your gonna break stuff. and the more power your putting through your engine the more likely your gonna break stuff and or shorten the life of your engine. make a good decision . on money , reliability, and what ever options you have.

lsd... yeah cant really drift without one, but i mean like a turbo is definatley stronger, na is more realiable, and the kouki is really nice, the kouki already has a vlsd on it, so for drifting that one is already set, even if it didnt i could always do someihtng, welded diff works just as fine, if u ever heard of it. but yeah, i want my car driftin wise, adn driving wise, so im kinda havinga dilenma over which one to get lol.
