Question Gutting My Cat/ Misfire/ Guage Question

Ok im thinking of gutting my cat which i know i wont past emissions but theres nothing that 100$ for an inspection sticker cant do lol... anyway would that allow my exhaust to spit flames? Then also i have an aftermaket ehaust catbak i forgot the name its some with a "B" sport and if i hold the gas down and keep it at 3000k i hear alot of misfire and then floor it to 7500 i get like 3 loud shots from my exhaust that sounds liek a lound as firecracker is that normal? and my guages if i turn my headlights on enerything in the interior is light up expect my guages like i cant see nothing and its not a fuse becuse i was bored today and checked every fuse and there all good wat could be the problem?

Yes, you probably will get flames at high RPM shifting, nothing huge, just a small flash
The problem with your guage lights is caused by the switch you use to turn on your headlights, it's bad. I dont know if you can take it apart and clean the contacts (probably) but I was having this problem last week and I replaced mine with a spare switch and now they work.
