Guage Cluster questions

Ok here is a few questions for you guys...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...item=600074334
In this link you will find a set of indiglo guages that do NOT require you to remove the needles... How the hell is that possible? wanna explain?

and question number 2... how would one go about re calibrating the fuel guage without running out of gas?

Thanks
Zach

You do have to remove the needles for those gauges. The auction is worded a bit confusing but at the bottom he says "IF the auction's description says you DO NOT have to, then that particular auction will NOT require you to remove needles even the general installation says so!)" In this auction's description it doesn't say anything about not removing the needles.
The bottom of his description is probably just a genericdescription he puts on all his auctions which would explain why he talks about domestic cars in this auction.

Hes full of crud... you have to remove them. Look at my pic on under my name... i made white gauges for my car and guess what? I had to remove them to get these on. Its not a big deal though, its quite easy once you get the cluster out.
