Grounds? Rx7 FC

Well i took off the shield underneath the windshield and found what appears to be a ground? it looks like it was once two grounds but im not sure?
anyone know what this is ?

for the antenna.
windshield had a wire for the antenna..Some replacement windshields do not have the built in antenna.
don't sweat it,it's not important.
