Grounding Kit for battery relocated car

Hi !

I have a 88 TII with battery relocated to behind passenger seat.
Does anyone know if the Rmagic grounding kit will work with this setup?

Would be great to see a copy of manual for this kit.

Based on the pictures it looks like that kit is designed to connect at the stock location and branch to several places in the engine bay. So presumably it would not be nearly long enough if the battery is now inside the cabin.

That being said, you don't really need a grounding kit. Just make sure that you have a good thick gauge ground from the battery to the chassis, and then make sure all the ground straps elsewhere are in good shape. I personally like to add one from the top of the engine to the firewall just because the stock ecu grounds at the engine. This is purely preventative though.

Aaroncake has a good write-up on this topic on his webpage.
