Question ground problem?

I am looking to buy this 10th Anniversary and for one of the problems it says

"If you are familiar with turbo rx7s you know about the ground mod and that needs to be done because under light throttle you can feel primary to secondary Transition............."

so what would I need to do and around how much would it cost?
thanks to anybody that helps

Seach this is coverd 100000 times in fact just yesterday TWICE. Try looking back a few pages.

There never NEEDS to be a ground mod done, only the factory grounds properly done and cleaned.
