Mine is 26 3/8" x 16" x 3" Overall (25 1/4" x 13" x 2 3/4" Core), and fits just fine when mounted vertically in the stock unibody. Everything in my car is relocated, though, and the stock fan and shroud are gone. Pics here:

If you are looking for a 100% fit replacement, then the Fluidyne drop-in may be a good choice, although I personally feel that the Griffin design is superior.

I could make a 24x19x3 work if I used the top and bottom for mounting instead of the OEM style side mounts.
I am choosing to run a 22x19x3 with an integral oil cooler, and will fabricate side mounting plates on the end tanks.
My manufacturer of choice is Griffin, although I am a dealer for Howe, and C&R Radiators as well.
No battery relocation allowed in IT. Yet.
