Green fuel pump tester?????

my 88 was yellow, this one is in the same spot and same kind of connector, but its green. What the hell?

3-female-two on bottom one on top-just like yellow one exactly but green, this is the tester we are talking about

Uhm, if it's 3 pin, it's the TPS testlamp connector. The fuel pump connector is only 2 pin.

GOd, I hope you werent jumpering the TPS connector. You might have damaged something.

That's definitely the TPS check connector, not the fuel pump one. Depending on which pins you jumper, you could short-circuit the ECU and fry it...
