Will a GReddy TYPE-S BOV hold 15-18 pounds of boost without leaking and fluttering?

A friend of mine is running a Greddy Type-S BOV on a TSI AWD at 20 psi and it sounds beautiful. I think it would work well on a FC without leaking or fluttering.
