Where can you purchase this Greddy cat-back exhaust from? It's for a 87 Turbo II

I believe its discontinued. www.rx7.com might still have some though. Check out this link or give them a call http://www.rx7.com/cgi-local/2catalog.cgi?cat=4&part=3 . It's expensive if you didnt already know.

They don't make it, and you're lucky to find a brand new one.
The SP series has been replaced by the SP2 series, and GReddy does not have an application for the FC listed for 2004.
