There are no 'base' settings for specific mods on the spec II.
You have 3 main settings: set, gain, and start boost.
Set and start boost are you 2 most important settings.
Set is the duty cycle in % which corresponds to your desired boost pressure. Just adjust the duty cycle until you are at the boost pressure you want.
Start boost is basically your boost response. The closer you set it to your desired boost pressure, the longer the wastegate will stay closed, and the quicker you will build boost. But, if your Start Boost is too high, you will spike.
Gain controls how quickly your wastegate responds. Having the gain too high will also create a boost spike
