You just have to cut/modify the bumper support an trim some of the bumper cover. I'm selling my FMIC that was used on my S4. PM me if you're interested.

If you insist on having power steering, you need to relocate the fuse block under the hood. Also, you need to move the stock leading coil position, as the pipes go right over this area.

One of the MAJOR mods to the car, is you need to cut two large holes for the pipes to fit. You need to cut the panel behind the passenger side headlight and the horizontal panel on the driver's side.

This pic should give you an idea...

Another pic...

Reted,
Do you think you could measure the dimensions of the intercooler including endtanks for me?

Sorry, I don't have the cars in front of me. Those are the cars I've worked on in CZ, and I just came back yesterday. Maybe hIGGI can do that, since they are at his shop...

Actually, the VSPL can be installed into an S4 without relocating/removing ANYTHING in the engine bay!!!!

Talk to IAN on this forum, he's done it on his AE.

Reted's not here but the piping for the stock Turbo have a 2.5" out of the Intercooler and a 2.25" from the Turbo to the Intercooler.

what i really wanted was for instance the width of the core plus the width of the entanks, the lenth of the core plus the lenth of the endtanks, and the height of the core and the height of the entanks, the reason I ask is because i have been asked to duplicate those intercoolers, however I just want to know how the greddy intercoolers compare to the one i made!
