gots to love this home made dash
it'll look good until you install it into the car.... unless you have a way of covering up the exposed shifter assembly now that you cut that off
but it looks like you have some fabrication skills, so im sure that already on the drawing board.... congrats on being creative!
personally, i think you should have made the glove box flush... or are you gonna reinstall the door?

That is true... I was gonna buy a Cosmo from a friend in the carribean... The car=$5K.. to import it ~ 3k and to legalize it was ~ $6K... I said **** it and just had him send me the engine, lol...
Yea... we can import any car... it just depends on how much money you have to legalize it... They will let you import it, but you wont be able to drive/register it until it is legalized which is gay...
yea that's sucks =\
nothing major involved here ... price of car, shipping from Vancouver BC to wherever you are and then registration which is like any other car. I wana import an FC or maybe an FD next year. the 1st FDs are turning 15 in december
/threadjack ok i'm done ... lol

Yeah, the thing about motorex is true. He had only legalized the R33, but he was selling R32's and 34's as well. Its technically possible, but not worth it unless you have a ton of money.
theres a place here in fl called skyline imports, they do r32s to fd's to even escort cosworth rs's oh and they even finance, i was YEEEEEE close to getting a r32 gts for 12k and all i had to do was drive 3 hours a pick it up. but ever since my trip to pr iv felt my blood pumping for a rotary and so i did and saved me a heeeeeeeeeeeeeep of dough....well for now lol
Yay for home built dashboards, looks really good man, it'll be nice to see what it looks like in the car.
I couldn't stand that lip by the idiot cluster, and the block switches on the sides of the gauges. so I went full custom.
Here is mine, not finished yet.
