Got rid of FC, New to the FB!

I traded my 88 gtu for my new 82 gs. 150k miles 5speed
Interested in lowring car but need advice on how to do so.

I've owned all 3 and preferred the FB over the FC. But then it was an auto so comparison may not be fair
