Got a question about my engine...
What is the black thing that is circled for? It comes off the turbo and I think the BOV attaches there but I saw one attached before the turbo, which didnt make sence to me, clear me up.
Also what is this pipe that comes off the side, it is circled supposed to attach to? It has a T connector on the end of it.
BTW: this is a s5 j-spec.

thats the intake charge tube but it looks broken. i broke the one on my TII and got a metal one. I am selling that one btw 20+s/h incase you do not have a replacement. And yes the BOV attaches to it.

On mine the BOV was on the TID duct, and had a line running to that tube. Your circle kind of looks like it's somewhere around the wastegate actuator, but I'm not sure what you're circling. Have any better pictures?
