well, i got the new engine in my 10AE tonight. its been a long awaited process and a lot of work but its finally in!!! there's still more work that needs to be done before she's purring wildly again but i'm excited none the less. here's a little pic i took with my phone. there will be more to come in the next few days:

Man... I forgot what having all that extra **** in the engine bay looked like, lol. Looks a bit crowded!

 

yeah, i'm keeping everything. i want the car as original as possible. the only performance upgrades that i'm going to have are a turbo back RB exhaust, and maybe a higher volume fuel pump. i'm going to keep the boost around 10lbs but not exceeding 10lbs.

 

thats funny, i dropped the engine into my 10ae las night too

 

i still need an FC shell!!!

 

i'll keep you guys updated on the progress. and with better pics! i'm going to go and work on the car tomorrow and hopefully get most of it done!

oh no, never. i wont say anything about any piston powered 7's. i'll just say that its not for me and especially not for any 10AE in my book. it is a jspec engine though
