I picked up an engine though them because they're located in CA & have a written warranty. But they actually are just middle-men for one of the big Toronto importers, and do not stock any rotaries in Indio. As with any importer, what you get is a gamble, but I made out well. The engine I received had 115/120psi compression, but UPS broke the extension housing on the transmission. I called up Paul at gotjdm and got him to send me a replacement. Believe it or not, the fact that I was dealing with a middle man probably helped getting the new trans. A lot of these companies will just ignore you if they sent broken parts or a blown engine.

+1 for dealing with the middle man.

They usually make sure the engines they sell are good. If they get a bad one from their canadian supplier they exchange it for a good one and don't even attempt to sell the bad one.
