My tax refund is finally here and I'm ready for new shocks for my GXL. After 179,900 miles...it's time to say farewell to the old A.A.S. units. They're still firm, and there isn't any bounce, but I'm in search of something a bit more aggressive. I have decided that I want to purchase KYB's AGX shocks.

Tire Rack can ship them to me for a total of $480.00 This seems a little high, right?

My question to you all is where I can order them from. Reputable, quick, and cheaper than Tire Rack's price.

If such a place simply does not exist, then just say so...

Checked Fleabay and I'm not quite sure I trust the vendors that have them for $355....

 

I bought mine off ebay and they came perfect. Brand new, came with all the tools and stickers. They felt great and you can really tell the difference when you adjust them. The ride was great. I paired them up with a set of intrax spings that dropped it an inch or so.

 

Back when I got mine, I ordered them from Summit Racing. I can't remember what I paid but they price matched an internet price.

 

The ones I see on ebay...the seller has good feedback...99.4% or so... but the compaints that there are say no communication, took two weeks to ship out, that sort of thing. That stuff pisses me off.

 

I bought my AGX's off ebay for $360 shipped. Why pay more for the same dampers?
