I bought my ACT streetlite flywheel, ACT extreme pressure plate, and ACT 6 puck sprung disc at www.murrayauto.com. They put the clutch kit together themselves that way its alittle bit cheaper than straight from the manufacturer.

I've actually been very happy with my stock exedy clutch. I do have a stiffer ACT PP, though.

^^^^^true. My stock clutch gave out and i needed one ASAP, i waited the "500" mile break in time and then started pushin it a lil bit...every once in a while it slips or i cant put it in gear. I kno one day its gonna cost me a race lol....i consider it ebay brand...if ur gonna get serious with ur car, buy a real clutch. My boy has a racing beat 6 puck disc and an act pressure plate and we are both running stage 3 and his feels so much better

After I make serious mods on my car, I will definetely upgrade to a better clutch

Yeah, if you are going to upgrade the PP, I recommend the ACT one that is 34% stiffer (unsure of name). It is a very solid unit and boosts the clamping force without really affecting the pedal feel too much, or so I've been told. I've only driven the car with this pp and its pretty stiff, but I assume thats pretty standard for the 7.

Yea.. I still got it, sitting in my garage.

It's an ACT street/strip disc and a HD pressure plate. Has 5k miles on it, in good shape. Has so little miles cause I blew the motor, and am in the midst of a TII swap, so I can't use it.

PM me if interested.

James

meh. Ebay works, if it's a brand new authentic part and the seller appears to be legit.

I have Rotary Performance's S/S kit. It's an ACT HD (IIRC) PP and an Exedy disk. It holds up perfectly at 11 psi (probably in the 350 rwhp range) and didn't even slip when I was running 1.4'ish bar in 3rd gear when my boost controller shat out (god knows how much power that was). I was impressed.
