Title says it all. Tired of looking at such a cluttered engine bay and working in small places time to pull some crap =).

There's nothing hard about it. Have the A/C properly drained by a shop and the simply remove the components.
In my opinion, the proper way to remove the PS is to swap in the manual rack. However, you can just pull all the PS components, fill the rack with PS fluid and then plug the hose holes with bolts.

Well, all the lines from the AC compressor (driver side, round, says either "Denso" or "Sanden" on it) leading to the condensor in front of the rad and to the evaporator (throught the firewall) are for the A/C. There's also a receiver/drier connected in series with the condensor.
Power steering is easy. There's a huge power steering pump on the driver side of the engine, hoses go to a power steering cooler under the bumper and then to the power steering rack...
Actually, you're removing everything from the driver side of the engine.
