good deal for turbo 2?
whas up, i've been on this forum for atleast a year,and drove sevens for about 5 yrs..but never turbo sevens, their's a forum member skir2222..he's had a turbo 2 for sale i dont know how to post links..it has 122k on chasis but 3k on atkins raceported motor, t78 turbo or t76 sorry i've been looking at so many t2's for sale..he wanted 7k$ but then said 6,500$ he would take..a month later i say 6,500 ok i'm in for that price..he says no way 7k..please help since i dont know how to post links and search for his sale thread tell me if its worth it or not..it is a nice car but 7k..please??

1. can he provide receipts for rebuild
2. what are the fuel mods?
3. any cooling mods?
4. how come I know how to type but can't post links? (ctrl+C, ctrl+V)
5. has this car been tuned? piggy-backed or standalone?who tuned it?
then take into consideration that you don't know how the previous owner took care of it. It might look nice and clean but overboosting will create enough pressure to push the sidehousings enough to blow a coolant seal. some ppl are ruthless and will have no problem selling you a car with bad seals.
since you've had previous RX experience I'll spare you the Pre-purchase checklist but check the car thouroughly.
1. can he provide receipts for rebuild
2. what are the fuel mods?
3. any cooling mods?
4. how come I know how to type but can't post links? (ctrl+C, ctrl+V)
5. has this car been tuned? piggy-backed or standalone?who tuned it?
