that's the same guy as the "stone mounting racing" and "ssautochrome" screen name. it's a cheap kit that might be fine if your not running high boost and plan on getting a better kit in a while. i've heard both good and bad things about his turbo manifolds, and only bad things about the wastwegates. i personally wouldn't buy one, but that's just me.
