Good Deal?!

Okay Ill try and make this short. I live near Des Moines in Iowa and finally looked at this RX-7 that has been sitting in this guys driveway and it ended up being RHD. I waited for him to get home and he said he wanted around 6k for it. The car is registered. There are also some goodies on it like, rims, suspension, turbo kit upgrade, full exhaust, misc gauges, tuned, and he also said the motor has been portflowed. The only bad thing is, is that it doesn't run. He said he's got fuel and spark and is stuck trying to get it to run. Is 6 too high? what may be the problem?

Thanks!
ps. I'm new to rotary so play nice!

Like I said on the other board, talk that guy down. Very nice find however. Most important thing is that it's getting compression. Test her out. Could be something as simple as it being flooded. Yes 6 is a bit high but RHD...you can't pass it up
