is this a good deal

i just bought a TII engine and trans here was the description that went with it JHOT of Augusta Georgia has a 13B engine set from a 1989 Mazda RX7 with FC3S chassis up for auction. This motor is rotary turbo charge and does have an intercooler shown in the pictures. The wiring harness has been cut but most of it is intact. There is no ECU with this motor. The original odometer reading is approximately 107,000 miles. the price was $968 all together with shipping

I guess that price is good with the trans, but that's a lot of miles for a turbo motor.
