Angry God damn rust!Help headlight?

Went to go change a headlamp and the bottom screws are all fuggen rusted bigtime I can't even unscrew em.The head of the screw is rusted so it's totally flat.I took an ice pic and and made out the phillups line and I still can't un screw it.What should I do?

do you have an easy-out set? (kinda like a tap, but have a reverse-thread-type spiral) drill a small hole in the screw head, insert the easy-out, unscrew...works on aircraft all the time

use a file or dremel tool to cut a straight line across it so u can take it out with a flat screwdriver. if you cant do this, drill it out very carefully.
