Getting a NA 88' convertible.

Hey everyone, I'm going to be purchasing an 88' convertible very soon. I looks exactly like the member Porchapa's rx-7 except for it has different wheels( I believe they are the other stock rx-7 wheels)

It has 90k miles and is mechanically sound. So I am wondering if anyone could suggest any mods, visual and performance wise.(Besides and engine swap since it's is still strong and kickin) So far visually I am thinking of getting a new shiftboot, shift ****, steering wheel, and pedal covers. I am also thinking of getting a racing seat(Probably bucket) for the drivers side. Performance wise im not sure other than getting new filters and changing all the fluids. So if anyone can suggest any other cool little visuals and some performance mods thats wont cost me an arm and leg I'd be happy to hear!

Picture of it taken with my crappy camera phone, Does not do it justice, the paint is very nice, slightly duller than the picture below, but alas my camera kills all the beauty :P

Don't do a damn thing to it other than a 60K tuneup. Replace what's needed but otherwise... just make sure everything is ok. Put the top down and drive the **** out of it. That's what I've been doing with mine for the last 2 1/2 years as a DD.

88 Convertable

The BBS wheels were a dealer option. The wiper switch is a common fault. It is unique to the convertable as it also has the top switch. It is very expensive. If broken do not attempt to take it apart. Ther are places that overhaul them for $100 exchange. No exchange; they will not sell them oughtright.

The BBS rims came stock on the car, Icemark will rebuild your wiper switch for 50 bucks.

*edit* might as well show mine
