Gauging Interest: Replacement door bushings

Hey Guys,
I am considering starting a group buy for some replacement door bushings. I have sourced a company that can make a replacement bushing. Since they have to make the bushing it is expensive in small quantities, but the price drops drastically for 100+ units. There are 8 bushings per car. I think the price could probably get to about $20 a car if there is enough interest. Currently you have to buy replacement hinges to solve a bad bushing problem, the hinges run about $30 a piece and there are 4 of them. So you would be looking at $120 to put new bushings on both doors. I do not have a source for a replacement hinge pin.
Let me know if there is any interest.

2 bushing per hinge, 2 hinges per door, right?

do you have a projected cost for these? i have intermittent trouble with them (at least, i think it's them), and might be interested if you can save me some money on buying new hinge sets

Sag is waht happens when they wear......

However the entire hinge assembly is available from Mazda for around $100 (list) for both the upper and lower hinges for one door.

Plus, the type of hinges on these cars aren't really designed to have replacement pins/bushings like GM trucks etc.

When the bushings wear, the door sags, and does not shut easily.

Depending on # of people: The price could between $20 - $30 dollars for 8 bushings. Enough to do 2 doors.

As stated in my original post - the hinge assemblies are available from the dealership for around $30-$50 each. You need 2 per door.
