you should make an RX-8 shift ****, but with 5 gears instead of 6....and if you make any sort of shift **** can you make some for both s4 and s5 since they have different size threads on the shifter.

yeah that second one is cool. you should keep this up and give options on shapes. some round ones like the first one and some like the second one and maybe even some in a more hand fitting shape. where the front sticks out more. i will be in the market for one of yours before any other after market one. i like the idea. GOOD JOB. keep us updated and put me on your PM list.

thats a good start, but when it comes to the imprint it should look more like what my jackolanter did for holloween. i took a spare rotor heated it up with a oxy/ace torch, and pressed it into a pumpkin, burnt rotor impression :P never took pics / DOH!

but the handle looks good maybe not as tall at first though.

I would buy the 2nd version, can you add the RX7 lettering inside that rotor shape. Is this compatible with the 1st gen shift thread.

I agree with those wanting the entire **** to be rotor-shaped, a la RX-8. Make it about the same size/shape as the Miata **** (as far as the flare)

I'll say this now, so everybody is aware.

Having all the "extras" i.e. the "RX-7" lettering, ergonomic shape, difficulty/detail of milling makes the price go up. (More machining and shop time) If I owned the CNC mill I wouldn't have a problem with it. But because I don't own it and I don't what to tie up a shops equipment I'm tring to keep the machining down to a minimum. But I'll see what I can do.

Second design.
Gun Metal Grey.
s4 stock thread.

What are you projecting as far as price goes? I might buy two.

P.S. What are you modeling that in, Maya? 3DS Max? Nice work.

Does anyone know the diameter of the end of the shift rod? The place where the shift **** attached to the rod? I can't figure it out because I am too afraid to take my shift **** off, the last time I did that it wouldn't hardly go back on...

One with "RX-7" and one with the "H pattern". Personally I like the H pattern. I could put numbers on the H one but I am kind of a "keep it basic" person. Sometime less is more. And if you need numbers, use the stocker. :-)

I am still working on the RX-8 version as well. Be patient.

nice...i'd be interested in the depressed rotor. This of course assuming, that the price isn't through the roof...ha. Keep up the good work!

I'd like one in sleek black, pending the price. If you made it the size of the FD **** it would look good.

My FD **** is falling apart though, but I absouletly love the size and feel of it.

Nice one, like the RX7 but can you thicken the lettering, agree with the minimalist look.

If you like FD feel/size..

The Mazdaspeed leather shift **** was modeled directly after the FD shift ****. Go to corksport.com to find it.

I really like the depressed/RX7 lettering one...

Black, S5 threads..
