What gaskets are needed to change injectors on a 13B non-turbo engine. Are they available in a kit or do you have to buy then seperately

 

You'll need one o-ring and two 'insulators' (rubber rings, basically) per injector. They can bought from a dealership.

 

www.cruzinperformance.com cleaned my injectors for $11 a piece and included new caps, o rings, and the insulators.

 

dittos. If you get them cleaned professionally at marren or rcengineering, they'll be kind enough to give all the rubber for free.

wow, $11 a piece, that's cheap. usually, it's more in the $25 range.

yup, mine are on the way back from cruzin perf.... it was 52.20 total, after shipping. can't wait till they get here.

you may or may not need that lower-to-upper intake manifold gasket...first time I pulled mine the gasket stayed in one spot, on the lower intake...next time I pulled it it broke in half (nothing that a bunch of red RTV can't handle, though LOL).BTW, if ya got the time replace all that heat soaked, dry rotted fuel hose while you're in there too...
