Can someone tell me where/what each of these gaskets go?

Well, I recognize one of them. Number 2 is for the SubZero valve on the intake manifold. An absolute must item on rebuilding and engine! Never leave home without one.

5 looks like the o-ring for the rad. filler neck extension.
11 may be the crush washers for the oil banjo bolt (at rear)
