Gas tank

Hello,
I Just took my gas tank down in my 87 rx7 to put a new fuel pump and I know you don`t have to drop the gas tank but the car has sat for 3 or 4 years before I bought it. And the inside is nasty and full of crap. I was going to take it and get it cleaned. But I was wondering if any body knows if there is any company selling a new gas tank for the rx7?

Thanks

88 vert, I had a problem with intermittent misfiring at speed. I changed the sock filter. the plastic mesh filter at the base of the fuel pump. It worked for 6 weeks or so, then the problem reappeared.
Suspecting rust particles, I had my local guy remove the tank and wash it out. I bought a can of Redkote which is an epoxy type liquid, the idea was to flush the tank to remove loose bits and coat the inside of the dry tank with Redkote by swishing it around, it bonds the crud to the tank walls. The mech said the tank is clean and coated on the inside so he did not use the Redkote. But flushing the fuel tank cured the misfires, so there was something clogging the fuel sock. Something not visible, as the original sock would actually hold gasoline in it, so whatever there was in that tank must have been tiny fibres
Now it seems my 95 Jeep Cherokee is leaking gasoline from the front tank flange, so we will use up the Redkote on it. Waste not, want not.
Seems tanks for an 88 'vert are hard to find, I'm real happy my hesitation was cured, it drove me nuts.

rusty tank cost me a Walbro, and a ton of wasted tuning time.
I got another FC steel tank and used POR15 gas tank sealer on it. The stuff is bullet proof.
