G-Force ECU vs Superchips ECU

whats the difference between these 2 chips? the superchips costs about $100 more, what makes it better? better spark timing or what?
i know, i know, screw the stock ECU and get a haltech, but i cant afford one, and even if i could i dont have the means to tune it, let alone install it.
would an upgraded ECU along with a S-AFC be a good idea? or is there no need for an ECU if you get a S-AFC? does anyone have experience with either of these chips, and if so which one is better?
i was looking into a MDrace chip, but i havent heard anything from them... last i heard they were selling for $300? i also heard that superchips bought them, and is selling them for $485? someone set me straight here.

MD was not bought by superchips. MD's chip business is part time as best. The best way to get ahold of them is to call and call and call.....

From what's been posted here in the past, the G-Force ECU seems to be the best choice for the Turbo II.
