Fuse Location

Hey how u going, just a quick question. Just got my car back from panel beaters and the timer and horn dont work so im assuming its fuse, Note : the problem is i dont have a fuse cover on my block of fuses and dont wanna stick my head in there for an hour in 35 degree heat trying to figure out which fuse it is. So if anyone knows the location of the fuse or even the amp rating you would be helping me out greatly.

4th row from the bottom, top left. 20A fuse. However, if that fuse is out, your stoplights would not work also. A more likely suspect is the CPU. It is mounted behind the driver's side kick panel (right in front of the front door opening above the floor). If the panel beaters worked on this panel, they might have forgotten to plug this thing back in, or maybe the vibration of panel beating caused the solder connections to go cold (Early Gen 2 cars are especially notorious for this!). Good luck!
