funny noise

I have 91 jspec with 2 720, 2 550 , a 3rd gen fuel pump.
And every time I excelerate hard it makes a funny noise , like the belt was skipping . But my belts seem to be fine . And it does in all types of rpms .

If it isn't too much of a bother I would pull the belts, or loosen them a bunch, and turn things by hand to see if they are okay. Is it at any certain boost pressure?
